Professional Support

Review the sessions you facilitate and sharpen your practice.

For therapists, coaches, mediators, facilitators, and social workers. Understand your practice and refine it

Each review hands you a wealth of guidance: Growth Insights, Next Steps You Can Try, Phrases for Tough Moments, and a Practice Plan, plus a dedicated Coach / Facilitator Feedback focus that looks at how you facilitated, and how you might better meet your client in the next session.

Your presence and stance

An evidence-grounded read on how you actually show up, drawn from patterns in your own words: your communication and relational style, the warmth and challenge you balance, how you hold the frame, and how you steady under pressure.

How you handled the pivotal moments

See how you responded when it mattered: a validation bid, a rupture, a reframe, and which responses kept the process moving.

The space you leave

Talk-time balance, your reflections, and the silences that did real work, the objective picture beneath your impression of the session.

Where the alliance is working

See where the working alliance is strong, and discover if a pattern between you and the client may be getting in the way.

Coach / Facilitator Feedback focus

A focus area built for practitioners. It points the analysis at your craft: the quality of your questions, when you listened versus led, and the moments you advised where asking might have gone further.

Your own Growth Insights

The written report you take away about your own practice: what to reinforce, patterns to be aware of, and practices that may be worth exploring next session.

Each review leaves you with a clearer read on your own practice, and specific things to try in future sessions.

Conversophy supports your reflective practice, not diagnosing clients or judging your fitness to practise.

Supportive context

Calibrated to who your client actually is

When you configure a Professional Support session, you can set the client's age band. The analysis interprets communication patterns through that lens, ensuring recommendations and framing are appropriate to the client's developmental context.

Outside party mode

Who reviews a support session?

For clinical supervision and reflective practice, a supervisor or reviewing professional can upload a client session and receive a role-calibrated read that supports the practitioner's development. In outside-party mode, the report set becomes a Situation Report, an Evidence Report linking each observation to timestamped quotes with the interpretation and confidence behind it, and role-calibrated guidance for supporting the people involved, the process, or the follow-up. See how outside-party mode works →

Clinical supervisor

Shows how the practitioner held the frame, where ruptures and repairs occurred, and moments worth exploring in supervision, grounded in what was actually said.

Clinical consultant

Gives a transcript-grounded read of the session's dynamics and the practitioner's interventions, to inform the consultation you provide.

Peer reviewer (clinical or coaching)

Frames the interaction patterns, strengths, and moments worth reflecting on in a colleague's session, to support collegial review and practice development.

Program director

Offers an organisational view of how the session unfolded and where support may help, without evaluating the practitioner or making personnel decisions.

Legal adviser

Provides transcript-grounded observations with clear references, to inform your own review, not findings of fact.

Conversophy supports professional review. It does not diagnose anyone, assess fitness to practise, establish disputed facts, reach legal conclusions, or replace your professional judgement.

Your client sessions and reports remain private to your account unless you choose to share them. They are EU-hosted, never sold or used to train AI, and can be deleted by you at any time.
