Why it matters

Conversations shape what people understand, decide, and do next.

A meeting. A feedback conversation. A session with a client. A moment with a student. A difficult call with a customer. These everyday moments shape the quality of the work, care, learning, and relationships that follow.

Yet communication is still too often treated as something people should already know how to do, rather than a capability they can keep developing. And when one person gets better at it, the benefits spread.

One person gets better

A clearer conversation, a repair that lands, a point that finally gets heard.

The people around them benefit

Sharper meetings, feedback that opens dialogue, stronger support, and decisions people can act on.

The whole organisation feels it

Stronger collaboration, fewer costly misunderstandings, more trust, better outcomes, and people who are more likely to stay.

Conversophy gives your people a way to build that capability through the conversations they are already having — turning real experience into practical insight and specific things to try in the very next one.

Where it fits

Different settings for different kinds of conversation.

Communication in a business is not the same as communication in a classroom or therapy session. Conversophy adapts its analysis, framing, and guidance to each setting. Choose the one that fits your organisation.

Business & teams

So much of the work happens in conversation — how people align, make decisions, solve problems, build trust, and keep clients. Help your people sharpen the meetings, feedback, leadership, and client conversations your results depend on.

In a 2024 workplace study, 51% of respondents said poor communication increased stress, 41% said it lowered productivity, and 21% said it caused missed deadlines. Meanwhile, 43% of business leaders said effective communication had won them new business.

Therapy, counselling & support

In therapy and support work, the relationship is central to what becomes possible. Help your practitioners reflect on how they listen, hold the space, respond at pivotal moments, and repair ruptures — so they can keep developing their practice and better support the people they work with.

Across 295 studies involving more than 30,000 patients, stronger therapeutic alliances were consistently associated with better outcomes across treatment approaches, patient groups, and countries.

Schools & education

In education, how teachers communicate shapes whether students feel understood, stay engaged, and take part in learning. Help your educators recognise what is landing, build on what they already do well, and find better ways to reach the students they may be missing.

A synthesis of more than 70 years of research, spanning 26 meta-analyses and approximately 2.64 million students, found strong associations between teacher–student relationships and achievement, motivation, engagement, belonging, and wellbeing.

Want to support development in more than one context? We'll set Conversophy up to provide the settings your organisation needs.

Private by design

Provided by you. Private to them.

Most tools sell leaders a window into how their people communicate. Conversophy does the opposite. Your organisation provides the accounts — and each person chooses which conversations to explore and who, if anyone, to share their reports with.

Their content and insights are never visible to the organisation. That separation is what gives people the confidence to reflect honestly on their own communication and decide what they want to develop, and how.

Private individual accounts

Each person has their own login and private workspace. What they upload, analyse, and learn stays visible only to them — unless they choose to export and share it.

No access to individual content

Administrators, managers, and colleagues cannot read another person's conversations or reports. There is no organisational dashboard showing individual content.

Administration is limited to usage and billing

Administrators can manage accounts and see the usage information needed to run the plan, never what anyone discussed or what their reports contain.

The offer

The full Conversophy experience, set up for your people.

Give a team, department, professional group, or wider organisation access to the same depth of analysis available to every Conversophy user: a detailed exploration of each conversation, recognition of what people did well, and practical guidance to carry into the next one.

We help you set up the accounts, handle billing centrally, and introduce Conversophy in a way that fits your context.

Complete analysis with every account

Every user receives the complete Conversophy analysis — turning real conversations into practical insight, specific next steps, and guidance for continued development.

Centralised billing

Your organisation covers Conversophy from one place, rather than asking people to purchase or expense it individually. Volume pricing is available based on the number of accounts and expected usage.

A setup shaped around your organisation

Start with a particular team, department, cohort, or professional group. We'll help you choose the right setup across business, professional support, education, or a combination of settings.

Dedicated onboarding and support

We'll help you get people started, answer administrative questions, and support the rollout as they begin using Conversophy.

We're developing the organisational experience in partnership with our first partner organisations — giving you an opportunity to help shape what comes next.

Built for development, not assessment.

Conversophy helps people reflect on how they communicate and identify what they want to develop. It is not designed to score, rank, monitor, or evaluate individuals, or to support employment or performance decisions about them.
